Click here for more detail. tonica for automatic harmonization of melodies. tonica is both a tutor to teach 4 part harmony and an automatic harmonzation tool. You supply a tune as a melody line and tonica will create alto, tenor and bass parts which are both technically correct and musically pleasing. The basic tonica6 has a range of styles based on J S Bach and Max Reger's harmonic styles. tonicaPlus has an artificial intelligence module that 'learns' the harmony rules used by any composer whose work you have 'given' it.
