For specific product Terms & Conditions click under Main Menu and then select Licensing Regulations under Item Title in the centre column. Warranties Hardware and software products are covered by their respective manufacturers' warranties, details of which are included with the products. Faults should be notified to Software Partners in the first instance. Software Partners will replace or refund faulty products which prove to be defective within their guarantee period. If upon consultation with the original manufacturer or developer the product is deemed not to be faulty then any replacement will be at the discretion of Software Partners. Claims for non delivery must be made within 7 days of the invoice date. Returns Should you need to return any product to Software Partners you must first contact Software Partners for instructions. Consequential Loss Software Partners does not accept responsibility for any consequential or other indirect loss connected with the products it supplies. Pricing and payment Prices are generally quoted exclusive of VAT. It is the purchaser's responsibility to ensure that he is using a current printed price list. Software Partners will ensure that the prices quoted on their website are current. There may be multiple licence discounts and other discounts available but which are not published on the website. It is the purchaser's responsibility to contact Software Partners prior to placing an order, to establish whether any discounts are available. Payment can be made by Mastercard, Visa, AMEX or Switch/Maestro. Invoiced payments should be settled within 30 days of the invoice date. Ownership of the goods will not pass to the customer until payment has been received in full. |
